INB/ELIXIR-ES invites you to join the webinar Nextflow. Introduction and practical demonstration that will take place on Monday, November 25, at 11:00 am through the zoom platform. During this webinar, Evan Floden (Seqera Labs) will introduce Nextflow and a practical demonstration of how participants can make use of Nextflow for their daily activities. Nextflow is a workflows management engine developed by the Comparative Bioinformatics group at the Centre for Genomic Regulation (CRG). The webinar has been initially prepared for the participants of the ELIXIR Implementation Study on "Comparison, benchmarking and dissemination of proteomics data analysis pipelines", but it is open to anyone interested in this technology.
