RESEARCH CONTRACT: Protein Modeling

Workplace: Computational Molecular Evoluction Lab (CME Lab), CINBIO, Universidade de Vigo, Spain. https://cme.webs.uvigo.es
Duration: 12 months, May (2021) - April (2022), could be extended.
Gross remuneration: Approx 2,000 euros per month (gross salary), depending on qualifications

TASKS TO BE PERFORMED

Modeling of proteins (homology modeling, docking protein-ligand, molecular dynamics)

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

Experience in protein modeling (homology modeling, docking protein-ligand, molecular dynamics)
University degree or PhD in Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Biotechnology or similar.
Programming in basic languages (i.e., Python, R, C)

MERITS TO VALUE

Experience in protein modeling (homology modeling, docking protein-ligand, molecular dynamics)
Experience in protein evolution
Script programming (i.e., Python, R or C) and wupercomputing capabilities
CV (degrees, scientific publications and communications, English, computer programming)
