Translational Genomics laboratory is part of the Onco-Hematology area at CIMA in Pamplona. We are focused on the application of advanced NGS technologies to characterize epigenomic and transcriptional dynamics in normal and malignant hematopoiesis. We carry out routinely RNAseq and chromatin studies using low input samples as well as scRNAseq experiments. We also develop, implement and adapt state of the art protocols to our project’s needs.

We are currently looking for a bioinformatician for a long-term position. The candidate will assist wet-labbers in the development of new NGS protocols by performing data pre-analysis as well as will actively participate in the data analysis generated in the different projects performed at the lab.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge and use of R, Phyton, Bash
  • Experience in NGS data analysis

The position will remain open until it is filled. Contact: Erika Lorenzo elorenzo@unav.es
