Incorporation of bioinformatics technicians into the Health Research Institutes (IIS)


In January 2019, 16 bioinformaticians will strengthen the technical support staff of the Health Research Institutes (IIS) certified by the Health Institute Carlos III (ISCIII) in order to advance in the implementation of personalized medicine. The incorporation of technical bioinformatic personnel into R&D&i is part of the Health Research and Development Strategy (AES), which is formulated as a programme of activities within the framework of the State Plan for Scientific and Technical Research and Innovation 2013-2016.
